JP CARROLL SHW 1016 SQUAT PR #TeamLilliebridge

now this is awesome, and the speed is incredibly impressive, but im almost certain the last three were not to depth. perhaps with a view from the side you’d be able to tell better, but they looked high.

His 965 looks to parallel. JP admits he was about an inch or so high on the 1016. Team Lilliebridge has a lot of lifters to accommodate and they squat very slow so sometimes there is 20-40 minutes between attempts. Fully rested, he’s got it easy. Does not take away from it at all.

I have no experience with DMZ but from what I’ve read 20-40 mg seems to be the recommended dose. 20 being on the low end and 40 being max. I’m not sure what the mgs per capsule on your specific product is but
I would recommend staying in that range. Also know that the higher the dose your using the worse the sides are going to be and the more damage your going to do to your liver. Keep your cycles short on these compounds, 4-6 weeks max. Be sure to PCT properly, and by that I don’t mean just using over the counter test boosters and cycle support. Get a real SERM, start taking 1-2 weeks post cycle and continue for about 4 weeks. Know that you will lose most of the size and strength you gained over the cycle following PCT anyway though. Look at it this way. If you need that drug to gain that mass and strength, why would you think you can maintain it without the drug? This is of course considering you aren’t a beginner. If you do choose to go this route, keep your “ph” cycles down to 2-3 per year maximum.

Not to mention that what you are considering “pro hormones” are more than likely just designer steroids. They just like to call them pro hormones to make people feel better about themselves when using them.
