An easy 470x3 from today’s squat session, the plan was to work up to 545x3 but it just wasn’t there. I ended the day with 545x1. My CNS is fried from not doing a proper deload after my last meet. I’m going to go ahead and take an early deload next week. (at Crossfit Thunder)
